Deposit:

We require a deposit with every reservation.  We take reservations by phone or e-mail.  We accept Visa and Master Card.  For all reservations, the balance of your reservation will be charged to your credit card on the scheduled day of arrival.

Cancellation:

Reservations must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival to receive refund of deposit except for Holidays which requires a one week cancellation.
